Man arrested in Boone County for felony aggravated DWI, has four prior DWI arrests

A Harrisburg man has bonded out of jail after he was arrested for felony aggravated DWI Friday evening.

According to online court records, this is Robert Rowland’s fifth arrest for DWI. His first arrest for DWI happened more than 20 years ago.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Rowland around 10:30 p.m. Friday in Boone County.

He was taken to the Boone County Jail on a $4,500 bond.

Rowland is no longer listed as an inmate at the Boone County Jail.

ABC 17 News is working to get in touch with highway patrol for more information on Rowland’s arrest.
