Drying Conditions by Friday Afternoon
TODAY: Drizzle and mist will gradually taper off, leading to a dry and cloudy afternoon. High temperatures today will be below the average high of 61 in the lower 50s. By tonight, temperatures will dip to the upper 40s with wind chills in the lower 40s under mostly cloudy skies.
SATURDAY: Morning conditions will be dry and chilly with temperatures in the lower 40s and wind chills as low as the mid 30s. Saturday afternoon will be pleasant to spend outside. Expect partial sunshine and a warmer high near 60 degrees. By the evening, conditions won’t be as chilly with temperatures in the lower 50s with winds out of the east near 8 mph.
EXTENDED: By early Sunday morning, the rain chance increases. A few storms can’t be ruled out Sunday morning with showers and t-storms tapering off by early afternoon. More showers and a few storms are possible again Sunday evening and overnight continuing into Monday afternoon leaving us with a mostly cloudy day with high temperatures in the lower 60s. Another storm system will bring more showers and t-storms into the area by Tuesday afternoon and evening of next week with more showers possible Wednesday.
