Drizzle and Patchy Fog Friday Morning

TODAY: Drizzle will be possible still for those south of HWY 50 and east of HWY 54 through 7AM this morning. Patchy fog is possible for the morning commute. It’s also cooler this morning with a northwest breeze. Temperatures to start to the day will be in the low 40s with a wind chill in the upper 30s. High temperatures today will be below the average high of 61, in the low 50s in the afternoon.

TONIGHT: Clouds look to break in the afternoon for those west of US 63 and eventually east by evening. It looks partly cloudy tonight with winds from the north under 8 mph. Temperatures tonight will fall to the low 40s tonight, however rain is not expected.

EXTENDED: The weekend will start off dry with high temperatures in the lower 60s Saturday with more clouds than sun. Saturday night after midnight, the rain chance increases. A few storms can’t be ruled out Sunday morning with showers and t-storms tapering off by early afternoon. More showers and a few storms are possible again Sunday evening and overnight continuing into Monday afternoon leaving us with a mostly cloudy day with high temperatures in the lower 60s. Another storm system will bring more showers and t-storms into the area by Tuesday afternoon and evening of next week with more showers possible Wednesday.
