Fulton man arrested, accused of two thefts

A Fulton man was arrested and accused of two thefts Wednesday.

Officers said they responded to the City Warehouse where a large amount of electric wire and other items had been stolen. During the investigation, they arrested 47-year-old Randall E. Moore.

Officers also found items linking Moore to another report of stealing in Fulton.

As of Wednesday night, Moore was being held in the Callaway County Jail with no bond. He is accused of stealing, trespassing and property damage.
