Severe storm threat tonight, cooler late-week
TONIGHT: Storms have moved out and clouds will gradually clear as temperatures fall into the lower 40s by morning.
TUESDAY: We’ll have a sunny, windy and cooler day with afternoon temperatures mostly in the 50s, reaching near 60 for highs. Westerly winds of 15-22 mph will gust up to 40 mph in the afternoon.
EXTENDED: Wednesday will be breezy and mild with high temperatures in the mid 60s warming into the lower 70s Thursday with a chance of showers in the afternoon and evening, mainly near and south of I-70. Friday will be cooler with highs in the upper 50s. Rain moves back in Friday night through Saturday with a cool, wet start to the weekend as highs only reach the lower 50s Saturday.
