Cooper County woman charged with endangerment of a child

Danielle Nicole Flynn of Cooper County has been charged with child endangerment after her boyfriend, David Michael Orton of Cooper County, had allegedly been molesting two children.

On Jan. 6, the Cooper County Sheriff’s Department responded to a local school, where two children told the school counselor and authorities that they had been sexually assaulted by Orton. Another one of the children also said that Orton sexually assaulted her.

On the same day, Rainbow House interviewed the children who repeated that they had been sexually assaulted by Orton. The victims also said that they told Flynn about the assaults, but Flynn claimed that she was never told.

The victims said that the assaults took place over the last two years.
