No one hurt in Fulton fire

Fire officials believe cooking is what started a fire on the back deck of a home in the 700 block of Vine Street Saturday afternoon.

The Fulton Fire Department was called to the home around 4 p.m.

Firefighters found heavy smoke and flames coming from the deck and back side of the home. Crews were able to bring the fire under control and everyone, including family pets, made it out of the home safely.

The Central Callaway Fire Protection District assisted at the scene.
