Man arrested after standoff at Columbia Square Apartments
A man has been arrested after a standoff at Columbia Square Apartments on Wednesday night.
Rockus Roland was incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections on Dec. 3, 2008 for “120-day treatment pursuant of the law.” He was released with probation on Mar. 24, 2009, but returned after getting his probation revoked.
He was paroled on July 30, 2012. He returned on July 5, 2013 due to a parole violation. He was paroled on Mar. 28, 2015. A DOC warrant was issued on Nov. 23, 2016. He arrived at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center on Feb. 9, 2017 and is currently in custody.
