Odom welcomes 2017 recruiting class on National Signing Day

COLUMBIA- Barry Odom has 25 commitments in his second recruiting class as Mizzou Football coach, with a specific emphasis on gaining depth on the line. The 2017 recruiting class has five offensive linemen and seven defensive linemen.

Missouri has one in-state commitment, DaRon Davis out of Lee’s Summit North. Davis was the first 2017 commitment and stayed with the Tigers after Gary Pinkel stepped down in 2015. MU’s 2017 recruiting class ranks 48th nationally according to Rivals.

The Tigers got their 25th commitment from DT Malik Young, who turned in his paper work Wednesday evening.

Odom is expected to address reporters at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday to talk about Missouri’s 2017 recruiting class.
