TODAY: Temperatures this morning are anywhere from the 30s north, to the 50s south. Thanks to a cold front that swept through the area, all of us will expect to see falling temperatures through the day. By the noon timeframe, most locations will be in the 30s.It looks blustery with mostly cloudy skies and westerly winds at 15-20 mph, gusting to 30 mph. There is a slight chance of rain or snow showers after 5 PM mainly north of HWY 24. No accumulation is expected.
TONIGHT: Remaining breezy with winds out of the west-northwest up to 20 mph, gusts up to 25 mph. With colder conditions settling into the region, overnight lows will be in the upper 20s, however wind chill values will make most of the night feel like it is in the teens.
EXTENDED: The breezy conditions continue through the first part of Thursday, before winds begin to subside. The end of the work week into the weekend looks more seasonal with high temperatures in the mid to upper 30s and nights in the low to mid 20s and dry. For the weekend, we’ll have more sunshine Saturday with high temperatures in the upper 30s to near 40. Clouds move back in Sunday with possible snow flurries and high temperatures in the mid 30s.
