Sixth fatal crash of 2017 for Mid-Missouri

A man died in a car crash around 7 p.m. Saturday in Montgomery County.

David Riseberg, 34-year-old of Leasburg, was traveling east on I-70.

According to the Missouri State highway Patrol’s crash report, Riseburg drove off the left side of the highway near mile marker 169, struck the median cables and overturned.

Riseburg was ejected from the SUV.

According to the report, Riseburg was wearing a safety device.

Riseburg was pronounced dead at University Hospital around midnight Saturday.
