Camden County stabbing suspect captured
UPDATE 9:50 p.m.: The suspect has been taken into custody, according to the Camden County Sheriff’s Department. His name isn’t being released at this time.
ORIGINAL: Camden County sheriff’s deputies were called to a home in the 1400 block of Carol Road just before 4 p.m. Sunday for reports that three people had been stabbed.
The department said two men were taken to the hospital to be treated for stab wounds and a woman refused medical treatment at the scene.
The 24-year-old suspect reportedly fled before deputies arrived.
He’s described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen possibly wearing a dark, long-sleeve shirt.
Deputies are advising residents to lock their doors and to not pick up any hitchhikers.
