TONIGHT: Areas of freezing rain will move through by early morning Saturday, producing a glaze to tenth of an inch of ice. Temperatures will stay in the upper 20s with east winds at 5-10 mph
SATURDAY: Spotty freezing rain in the morning will end with much of the day dry until the next wave of moisture moves in. Areas near I-44 will reach above freezing with rain possible by late afternoon and evening.
EXTENDED: Freezing rain chances increase to the north of I-44 overnight into Sunday morning, with steady freezing rain more likely with ice accumulation likely. Temperatures will slowly warm from south to north Sunday, reaching the mid to upper 30s by evening, except from HWY 24 north where it will stay near freezing until mid-evening. Sunday night and Monday, all of Mid-Missouri will have rain as temperatures climb above freezing, reaching the mid 50s Monday afternoon, thanks to southerly winds.
