Maries County deputies looking for alleged felon

Maries County deputies are looking for a man they suspect for distributing a controlled substance.

Taylor Martinez, 25, of Belle, is also being sought in Maries County on charges of failure to appear and stealing.

The sheriff’s office did not specify which type of controlled substance he was distributing.

As of Sunday afternoon, Martinez has not been found. Investigators say they have information that Martinez is currently in Gasconade County.

Deputies are asking anyone who knows his location or spots him to call their local law enforcement agency.
