Another charged in multi-county burglary ring

Cole County charged Nashyla Patton Thursday with second-degree burglary in connection with crimes in multiple mid-Missouri counties.

Patton is the seventh suspect charged in connection to burglaries in Cole, Cooper, Miller and Moniteau counties.

Stephan Whelan, Brandon Wilkerson, Caden Wilkerson, Hunter Ferguson, Tyler Schnieders and Zachary Schnieders are also charged with burglary and receiving stolen property in various counties.

Investigators with the Cole County Sheriff’s Department would not comment on the burglaries but court documents said thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, electronics, guns and other items were recovered from multiple houses.

Several of the above suspects are also facing drug charges.

ABC 17 News will continue to follow this investigation.
