No one hurt after driver loses control, overturns on eastbound I-70, near Route Z

UPDATE: Troopers on scene tell our crews they are still investigating the crash. They say the driver lost control of the vehicle and ended up on it’s side in a ditch.

The wreck did not cause any traffic impacts and was cleared by 8:00am.

The driver was not hurt in the crash.

ORIGINAL: Boone County EMA is warning drivers about a wreck on eastbound I-70, east of Columbia.

It happened just after 6:30 Thursday morning near Route Z and the 133 mile marker.

At least four emergency units are responding the scene right now.

ABC 17 News is hearing reports of a vehicle flipped on its side.

ABC 17 News has a crew on the way to the scene to find out if the wreck is impacting traffic and if anyone was hurt.
