Sunday Evening, December 4
TODAY: After drying up during the afternoon hours, conditions will remain dry through the evening. Partly cloudy conditions will persist. Temperatures will be dropping below freezing through the evening hours. Fog will develop through the evening hours with just a slight westerly breeze.
MONDAY: There is a chance for morning fog to start off your work week. After the fog clears, Monday will be partly sunny with a slightly warmer high temperature in the upper 40s. A slight chance for rain moves back into Missouri by Monday night with the better chance for that rain existing in areas east of I-44. The rain chance will continue overnight.
EXTENDED: The rain chance continues into Tuesday morning, but drying up by the afternoon hours. Tuesday’s conditions will be partly sunny with temperatures in the lower 40s. We are watching the coldest air yet this season move in by Wednesday. Along with this significantly colder air, there is a slight chance of snow Wednesday starting in the afternoon. Temperatures will be only in the mid to upper 30s and will drop into the upper teens Wednesday night, climbing into the 20s by Thursday.
