TODAY: The rain chance today is for areas closer to the Ozarks mainly moving in between 5AM and 6AM with rainfall amounts near .10″ to less. Drizzle is possible along I-70 although no storms are expected north of HWY 50. Most areas will see cool temperatures in the mid 40s under cloudy skies this morning. Temperatures will be near average today in the upper 60s north of I-70 to low 70s south. Broken cloud cover is expected for areas east of US 63 by late afternoon and evening. Winds today will stay from the southeast at 5-9 mph.

TONIGHT: Brief clearing is possible east of US 63, with more areas seeing clouds tonight. With winds remaining from the southeast overnight, temperatures will stay well above normal near 60.

EXTENDED: Expect a warm, breezy day Saturday with high temperatures near 80 under partly cloudy skies. Southerly winds of 10-15 mph will gust to 25 mph at times. The storm chance on Saturday night looks to stay in northern Missouri. A shower is possible early on Sunday for far eastern Audrain, Montgomery, and Gasconade counties by sunrise. Sunday will be warm with high temperatures near 80 under partly sunny skies. Next week is trending warm with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s Monday and Tuesday with possible storms returning midweek.
