2nd man charged in connection to Moberly murder
Eathan Longbine, 26, has been charged with second degree murder, first degree robbery and armed criminal action on Oct. 12.
Longbine is a suspect in a Moberly homicide case, in which 39-year-old Kevin McCuiston was found dead with a gun shot in a residence on Calhoun Street on Oct. 6.
28-year-old Joseph Lee Kertz of Moberly has also been charged with first degree murder, first degree robbery, armed criminal action, second degree arson, unlawful possession of a weapon, tampering with evidence in a felony prosecution and third degree promoting prostitution.
According to a probable cause statement, Kertz and another woman, Brittney Bowen, were planning to rob McCuiston.
Bowen allegedly lured McCuiston to a home on Calhoun Street by offering sex in exchange for money.
Police are still investigating Bowen, but both Kertz and Longbine are currently being held in the Randolph County Jail.
Longbine is being held on a one million dollar cash only bond.
