Macon police investigating overnight thefts
The Macon Police Department is investigating several reports of stolen items from vehicles and yards.
According to the department, they received several reports of stolen items between late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.
Police believe that several thefts may have gone unreported.
Officers ask Macon residents to check their vehicles and property for any missing items or signs of attempted break-ins in the past 24 hours.
The Macon County Sheriff’s Office is also investigating several similar reports.
