Fulton siblings arrested for fight over marijuana

Fulton Police officers were called to the 900 block of Lyle Street just before 8 a.m. Saturday for reports of a disturbance.

Officers were informed a brother and sister were arguing over marijuana. Police said they found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia inside the home.

Kailey Rubin, 17, was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Her brother, 19-year-old Brendan Rubin, was arrested on suspicion of distributing not more than 5 grams of marijuana as well as unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was also taken into custody for a felony warrant for dangerous drugs out of St. Charles County.
