Sheriff’s office: man exposed himself while asking for directions
ABC 17 News has obtained a copy of dash cam video showing a suspect getting arrested in Maries County after he is accused of asking a young woman for directions while masturbating and also exposing himself.
She ran away, but deputies say he continued to follow her until another vehicle drove down the road. They later said they found his car, but he did not pull over until reaching a family member’s house.
On Monday, the Maries County sheriff’s office confirmed Dustin Leyba, 31, was taken into custody. He is now charged with misdemeanor speeding, resisting arrest and sexual misconduct.
