Police respond to weapons offense at Jefferson City gas station

Police aren’t revealing many details about an incident at a Jefferson City gas station Wednesday evening.

At around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to what they called a “weapons offense” at the Stop N Shop on Dunklin Street. They told our crew at the scene no one was hurt, and no gunfire was involved.
