Unsettled weather continues

Another round of storms will move in after 9 PM Tuesday evening, developing in western Missouri close to I-70 and spreading east. These storms will increase in coverage and gradually move out of the area by 5 AM Wednesday.

Heavy rain is likely with some of the stronger storms along with the potential for damaging wind of 58 mph or greater. There is a lower chance of large hail of 1″ or greater. Storms will move out by the morning commute Wednesday with dry weather to start the day.

Another round of storms will move in Wednesday evening from the northwest, bringing a damaging wind threat once again along with heavy rain. These storms will arrive in our northern counties along HWY 24 between 9-10 PM and quickly move to the southeast to near I-44 by 4 AM.
