TRAFFIC ALERT: Columbia road closed due to broken light pole

Boone County Joint Communications is asking drivers to avoid the area in the 2500 block of Oakland Gravel Rd in Columbia.

Part of the road is closed due to a broken light pole with lines down in the area.

ABC 17 News is working to find out if the damage was caused by weather.
