Woman seriously injured in Miller County crash

Three cars were involved in a Saturday afternoon crash just outside of Eldon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, it happened just before 3:30 on Highway 52.

Troopers said Chelsey Brinton, 24, was traveling east on the highway and then crossed over into the westbound lanes. She then hit another driver in a Ford F150.

Debris from the crash hit another car causing minor damage to the vehicle.

Brinton was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries.
