Missing child found outside Harrisburg
A missing child was found Wednesday after help from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The Howard County Sheriff responded to a home off County Road 108.
The home is close to Highway 124 outside Harrisburg.
Units from Boone County and Cooper County were also involved.
Starting at around 10:30 Wednesday morning, a helicopter used a thermal imaging device to search the area.
About an hour later, the child was found along Highway Y, about 1/2 mile away.
