Warming temperatures, chance of rain

We are getting a break from winter as the storm track stays north of us and milder air moves in from the west the next few days. Temperatures will gradually climb as high clouds pass through occasionally.

The warmest day of the week is Saturday with high temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60 north of I-70 and lower 60s south. These temperatures are more typical for late March. We will stay dry with mostly sunny skies.

Clouds move in Saturday night into Sunday as a weak cold front moves through Sunday morning giving us a slight chance of a few showers early in the day with only a few hundredths of an inch of rain expected. Sunday afternoon and evening look dry with high temperatures in the low 50s.
