The Local Sales Manager’s primary purpose is to generate income through the sale of air time, internet and special events. The LSM manages the local account executives in local revenue generation and is responsible for training and development of the sales department. This position requires extensive sales experience, communications and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to direct a professional sales staff in achieving revenue goals and have extensive computer skills. Experience with marketing research is preferred.
