A judge has approved a request for change of venue in the case for a man accused of killing a 6-year-old boy.

Scottie Willet’s trial was scheduled to start in September, but was delayed.

He was in court in Fulton on Monday.

The trial will now be held in Boone County. A date has not been set yet.
