Flags ordered at half staff in Maries Co. for fallen Marine

Flags across the state are flying at half staff in honor of Lance Cpl. Dominic
Schraft Tuesday night.

The 19-year-old Marine from Vienna died from a gunshot wound at Camp Pendleton in California earlier this month.

A funeral service was held for Schraft Tuesday aft the First Baptist Church in Vienna.

Governor Nixon has ordered U.S. and state flags at state buildings in Maries County to fly at half staff from Wednesday through Monday.
