Man claims injuries by Boone Co. Jail officers
A man who was arrested is now claiming he was injured by officers in the Boone County Jail.
Derrick Houston filed a motion for a temporary restraining order to keep the jail from destroying or getting rid of any video taken during the time he was there.
We obtained court documents today that show Houston is asking for images of himself from October 3rd through October 9th. A motion hearing is set for Thursday afternoon.
Houston was originally arrested for an outstanding warrant for domestic assault.
