Osage Co. woman pleads guilty to having meth, illegal gun
An Osage County woman pleaded guilty to federal charges Tuesday for having meth and an illegal gun.
39-year-old Sangria Mueller told investigators she had meth and intended to sell it in Osage County in February 2014.
Mueller also said she had a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Mueller has three prior felony convictions for drugs, and a prior felony conviction for driving without a license, which makes it illegal for her to have a gun under federal law.
Officers searched Mueller’s home on February 20, and found ammunition in the garage, and found 3 bags containing about 165 grams of meth.
Mueller could face up to 30 years in prison plus a fine of up to $1,250,000.
