Suspects on the loose after armed home invasion

Three male suspects are on the loose Friday morning after a home invasion robbery in Columbia.

Around midnight Friday, officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Jacobs Place for a burglary with a gun.

Three men approached another man when they arrived at his home. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and forced his way into the victim’s home.

The suspects stole an unknown amount of money and other property before fleeing.
They were described as black males all wearing dark-colored clothing.

There is no information about any injuries to the victim.

The investigation is still ongoing.
