Man caught with child porn involving infants, toddlers
A man is in the Boone County Jail after authorities said he was caught with child pornography involving infants and toddlers.
Investigators arrested 42-year-old Richard Ortega earlier this week after the Boone County Cyber Crimes Task Force received a cyber tip.
The tip claimed Ortega uploaded child porn back in May to an email account.
During the investigation, the agency discovered Ortega moved from Columbia to Bethany, Missouri.
