Brother of Missouri congressman missing from casino

Dent County authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man.

Billy Smith was reported missing after he was last seen at the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles Monday morning.

Smith is described as a 5’10” white man with blue eyes who weighs about 315 lbs.

Smith is the brother of Missouri congressman Jason Smith, who represents Phelps County in south-central Missouri.

He has a tattoo of a teddy bear on his left shoulder with the name “Angelea” on a ribbon. Smith also has a Tasmanian devil tattoo on his right forearm.

He is known to drive a 2009 black Chevy Cobalt with the Missouri license number of KL5-M9L.
