Four people killed in Randolph County crash

Four people were killed Wednesday afternoon after a crash in Randolph County.

Randolph County Sheriff Mark Nichols confirmed four people died after a head-on crash on southbound Highway 63 near Renick.

Officials tell us it happened around 1 p.m.

According the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, 64-year-old Richard Painter of Queen City was driving northbound on Highway 63 with 63-year-old Robert Painter when his car left the road, crossed the median and went into the southbound side.

The car was then hit head on by another car driven by 56-year-old Joseph Black of Salisbury. 51-year-old Jason Polson of Moberly was a passenger in the car.

Richard and Robert Painter and Black were pronounced dead at the scene. Polson was pronounced dead at University Hospital a short time later.
