Camdenton brothers arrested for assaulting deputies

Two brothers are in the Camden County Jail Monday after assaulting deputies and resisting arrest.

Camden County deputies responded to the 1700 block of Yacht Club Drive in Osage Beach just before 10:00 p.m. Sunday.

Two brothers who had been asked to leave the property earlier in the evening refused to leave.

22-year-old Spencer Tuley of Camdenton tried to pull away from deputies when they attempted to take him away from the pool area.

When deputies tried to handcuff his brother, 27-year-old Michael Tuley, he jumped on the deputy’s back and attempted to put him in a headlock.

Both brothers were charged with 2nd degree assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Both are in the Camden Co. Jail on $25,000 bond.
