Nearly two dozen arrested for drugs in Phelps Co.

Members of the South Central Drug Task Force Highway Patrol, Rolla Police, St. James Police, and the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department announced a large drug round up Wednesday.

Investigators arrested fourteen suspects on Tuesday, and seven suspects were already in custody at other facilities.

The suspects and their charges are listed below:

Nathan L. Allen, a 22 year old resident of Newburg, for 2 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Courtney L. Devare, a 33 year old resident of Rolla, for 3 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $200,000.00.

Gregory S. Redding, a 31 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance, persistent drug offender. Bond $250,000.00

Robin S. Hinson, a 50 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Slater C. Yoakum, a 22 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Michelle J. Darlington (Blackwell), a 49 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Dylan M. Reeves, a 22 year old resident of Rolla, for 3 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $250,000.00.

Desiree D. Douglas, a 40 year old resident of Rolla, for 2 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Brandon J. Adam, a 21 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Erica J. Lilly, a 30 year old resident of Rolla, for 2 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Dustin C. Grisham, a 21 year old resident of Rolla, for 4 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $250,000.00.

Austyn K. Harmount, an 18 year old resident of Rolla, for 2 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Ian C. Darlington, a 23 year old resident of Rolla, for 2 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Phillip R. Feeney, a 29 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Jonathan B. Jackson, a 22 year old resident of Rolla, for 3 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Carson J. Goins, a 17 year old resident of Rolla, for 3 counts of sales of a controlled substance. Bond $250,000.00.

Trevor J. Smith, a 22 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $250,000.00.

Sarah R. Rutledge, a 29 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $250,000.00.

Mark F. Gann, a 48 year old resident of Rolla, for 2 counts of sales of controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00

Paul J. Kibodeaux, a 32 year old resident of Rolla, for 3 counts of sales of a controlled substance, persistent drug offender. Bond $500,000.00.

Travis A. Ross, a 21 year old resident of Rolla, for sales of a controlled substance. Bond $100,000.00.

Sheriff Richard L. Lisenbe said, “This warrant round-up should send a strong message to the criminal element of Phelps County that we are serious about stopping the flow of illegal drugs in this community. We will continue our efforts to curtail the illegal drug trade in Phelps County.”
