Highway 50 down to one lane in Jefferson City next week
Drivers in Cole County will need to be aware of traffic changes starting next week.
One westbound lane of Highway 50 from Clark Avenue to Monroe St. in Jefferson City will be closed starting at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The lane closure is expected to last 8 weeks. People driving on westbound Highway 50 into Jefferson City will likely be delayed during peak traffic times.
Other closures include the westbound ramp from Clark Avenue for 8 weeks, and Lafayette St. from Dunklin to East Elm until the project’s completion.
