More than a dozen grams of meth seized in Jefferson City
More than a dozen grams of meth were seized after the Jefferson City SWAT team and MUSTANG Drug Task Force served a drug search warrant Monday.
Officers searched a home in the 500 block of Holiday Drive and found 16 grams of meth, one pound of marijuana, and $12,000 in cash.
Investigators also found several items used for packaging and selling drugs.
The suspect, 35-year-old Ernest Mahaney, was not home at the time, but was arrested shortly after.
Mahaney was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
