Bridge replacement to cause delays in Boone Co.
Bridge replacement work in Boone County will soon cause some delays for drivers in Mid-Missouri.
Starting Tuesday, crews will start replacing the bridge that carries Route UU over Sugar Branch Creek.
The work will take place just west of Columbia near Midway.
Crews will close the route starting at 8:00 Tuesday morning, and won’t reopen until September.
