Columbia man arrested for pot on Business Loop

A Columbia man is behind bars Tuesday after he was apparently found with a gun and two baggies of pot just after midnight.

Officers pulled over 19-year-old Isaiah Alexander on the Business Loop.

Officers said they smelled marijuana and found about 35 grams of the drug when searching the car and a handgun.

Alexander is still in the Boone Co. Jail.
