Warming temperatures for the weekend

The weekend will start off cold with temperatures in the low 30s early Saturday morning and areas of frost. Sunshine and light southwesterly winds will help warm us into the lower 60s during the afternoon. Skies will stay clear Saturday night with chilly overnight lows in the upper 30s.

Sunday will start sunny but clouds move in late in the day as an upper level disturbance approaches from the southwest. Temperatures will climb into the mid to upper 60s Sunday afternoon as southwesterly winds pick up to 15 mph, gusting to 25 mph at times. There is a slight chance of showers after 7 p.m. Sunday.
