Man accused of firing into Fulton store

A man is back on the streets, after he is arrested and accused of shooting into a Fulton store. Joseph Mitchell bonded out after he was taken into custody early Thursday morning when police found a weapon inside his vehicle.

Fulton officers got a call for shots fired around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. They think bullets damaged items inside the business near Sixth and Nichols streets.

The owner of 305 Design Studio and Fulton Graphics told ABC 17 News it was fortunate everything happened overnight when nobody was there.

Officials say Mitchell was also taken into custody with a small amount of marijuana.
