Columbia man indicted for distributing heroin

A Columbia man was indicted Thursday for his role in a heroin distribution conspiracy

40-year-old James Borden, also known as “Jimmy White”, “Detroit”, and “D,” was charged in a 9 count indictment that also includes 38-year-old James Delvico Borden, 20-year-old Matthew Ell, 20-year-old Angelic Polston, and 37-year-old Javis Weideman, who were all previously charged.

All 5 people allegedly distributed at least 100 grams of heroin in Boone Co. from July to October 2014.
