Mid-Missouri workers hit residential gas line
Ameren says a gas line is no longer leaking in Mid-Missouri. Workers from the water department nicked the line in Auxvasse, about 30 minutes northeast of Columbia.
The pipe was connected to a nearby home. Ameren crews responded to the scene near Harrison Street and Mary Avenue.
They had the leak capped by 3:30 Monday afternoon.
