Case moved for prosecutor accused of crashing truck into Addison’s
On Monday a judge granted a change of venue for criminal charges against Moniteau County Prosecutor, Shayne Healea. His case will now be heard in Shelby Co.
In November, Healea allegedly crashed his truck through a window at Addison’s on Cherry Street in Columbia, injuring four people.
Healea is charged with four counts of second degree assault and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
Court documents say Healea was under the influence of alcohol when the crash happened.
