Woman killed in head-on Morgan Co. crash
Troopers say a Mid-Missouri woman is dead after trying to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone.
It happened around 7:30 Thursday morning on Route Y in Morgan County near Eldon, less than half a mile from the intersection with Route W.
Donna Grammer, 55, of Rocky Mount, hit an SUV head-on, leaving the other driver with serious injuries.
Grammer was pronounced dead at the scene.
