Three men arrested for threatening bar bouncers

Three men landed in jail after getting in a bar fight and then threatening the bouncers.

Columbia police said it happened at Campus Bar and Grill early Friday morning.

According to Campus Bar management, Yevhen Drobovych, Nermin Memic, and Ilyas Suleymanov got in a fight with another patron and punched the man. They were kicked out of the bar because of their actions. Once outside, the three men yelled at and threatened they would “shoot up” and “blow up” the bouncers.

The men were arrested for misdemeanor harassment, but have all since bonded out of jail.

This comes just a few months after former Representative Jeff Grissamore’s son was beaten up outside of Campus Bar and Grill. Police say they still have no suspects in that case.
